I rate this a 4.5. It's lightweight and arrived without any issues. I liked the packaging, which did not require tearing anything apart to open, and can be used to store the cutter if desired. It was self-explanatory to use even without reading the instructions and works well enough for what I need it to do. I have only used it for cutting cardstock and the only issue I have experienced is that edge of the paper that the cutter first approaches needs to be free from any creases or texture issues, otherwise the cutter blade just stops when it reaches the edge and doesn't cut it at all. You have to cut off the creased or wrinkled area before the cutter blade can glide over it. Overall, I'm pleased with the cutter for the price that I paid but if planning on heavy duty use, I'd recommend a sturdier cutter.

It was better than I expected. Cuts nice and smoothly. Working perfectly for cutting. The blade is much smaller in with than the older paper cutters. So it's working out perfectly

The cutter works as intended for the price point, but its obvious the different from other name brand cutters ive used in the past. The blade can feel like its sticking in the paper at times, just isnt as smooth of as experience as I'm used to but it still does the it it needs to do .

Used this to cut strips of foam and felt with adhesive backing to replace light seals on an old camera. It did a great job. Can only imagine actual paper cutting would be that much better. Very easy to use. Functions as advertised and quality seems fine.
