Wonderfully illustrated and lots of recipes I’d like to try.

Nice to know
The cookbook does come with interesting foods to create all using an avocado. Most recipes are vegetarian, and some even vegan. My only complaint is that none of the recipes come nutrition facts or how many net carbs each food has. I will have to do the math myself and do research. If the book comes out with an updated version later, I would highly recommend adding nutrition facts about each food. People wanna know what they're eating instead of just eating with their eyes.

Been there done that , avocados for social influencers
The other book on avocado better , you get unique tips in that this seems more like pretty picture tricks for avocado influencers then anything different or cool … book says stuff to about social proof and photography excellent but not much useful in this book

poorly researched
love avocadoes so clicked on a teaser for the book....and immediately found an error. this one....the author claims that garlic chives are a type of watercress. nope, not even close.... these plants are not even in the same plant family! garlic chives are in the lily family, watercress in the mustard family.i am giving two stars out of benefit of the doubt......the book may contain some good recipes...but based on ^^^^^ i made a decision not to buy since the author did not do the simplest of fact checking to ensure accuracy of content.

Not for me
I received this as a gift and I honestly don’t know why anyone would need a “cookbook” on how to put together avocado toast and guacamole. The pictures and food styling are pretty, but the recipes are underwhelming.

Not worth the $$$.
I received this as a gift. On a positive note, the pictures are nicely done. Lots of recipes for avocado toast and not much else.
