Rigged with a Ring stick up cam
Did not want to spend $$ to charge up my Ring stick up cam while trying to figure out where in my brick wall should i glue that huge thing that would eventually look like an eyesore. Rigged this one up with a usb wire and stuck the cell in the front. Nice, neat, and almost unnoticeable. While it won't charge the cam fully even with almost 2 hours of direct sunlight, i went from charging it up every 3 weeks to almost a month and a half before taking it down so it was worth the hassle. Gave this 5 stars because it does work and so much cheaper than the Ring solar panel.

Great
This product does what it does perfectly, just remember that it’s not like a powerful solar panel, this is a mini one with less powerful. Hope this helps.

Best power at 5 volts.
I bought this to charge the battery in Dakota Alert break beam perimeter alarm. It was already putting out 3.8 volts with only a 9.5 watt LED desk lamp shining on it. I wish I had checked it with sunlight. The alarm sensor has a solar panel in it but in my case I can not aim it towards the sun. Using the wires included I soldered this panel to the circuit board of the alarm sensor to charge its' 14500 3.7 volt battery. This one is aimed South and up at 45*. This puts out the most power at 5 volts of any I found on Amazon.

bought for 8 year old daughters school project, not good
waste of money and no directions, just throw it in the box and ship it out, she kept it in school and never brought it home, who knows where it is now?

Works
I was surprised to be getting 3.75 to 4 volts out on a sunny yet overcast day. For the price, it's great for experimenting. will definitely light up LED's. Note: I use a 47 Ohm current limiting resistor and a 3v zener just in case the sun gets too bright.

Got it to work....eventually
I needed a solar panel to attach to a motor for a science project. The included alligator clips didn’t work at first. Hm? Maybe it’s my motor that’s bad? Nope ran the motor off of a battery—just fine. Maybe the connections? The back of the solar panel had a bunch of rubber covering ALL of the connections—I’m guessing to keep everything in place. Problem was, I couldn’t see through the stuff to ensure that everything was connected. We ended up scraping it off (took awhile to do so carefully) and attached my own alligator clips and they worked instantly. Science project is done and I was very grateful that I happened to have extra bits lying around, because straight out of the package this didn’t work. But for the price and a little time fiddling around, it’s still a decent deal.

Didn’t work
Was trying to use it to keep a battery charged when the atv wasn’t being used, but it doesn’t work.
