Supplied in like new condition with a free upgrade to an i5 processor.
You have to be aware that these machines are over 10 years old so there are limitations, for example they cannot use the latest software, this also means that some newer versions of apps will not work. In my situation this is not a problem as I will only be using it for specific tasks which it manages very well. The condition of the unit is literally like new, it is like it has not been used, no visible scratches or dinks. The wireless keyboard and mouse provided are not Apple but they function just as well, the keyboard is not a UK layout but again that is no big deal, you can always use a different keyboard if that is a problem. Despite its age it is a great spec machine with a 500Gb HDD and now an i5 processor. For the money I think it is great value so long as you accept its limitations in respect of the age of the software. There was a rating for gaming I don't have time for that so have no benchmark to rate it against. Very pleased with my purchase.

Top Machine!!
Received and upgraded with SSD Crucial 512 GB. RAM upgrade to 16GB. 4 GB per slot!!! Patched Installation IOS Ventura 13.6.4 using Open Core Legacy Patcher! Works Perfectly Running also Microsoft Office 365 without Hesitation..! Worth to keep it in service !

Good product.
I can't review the gaming and camera yet as I am still transferring files and have only had the computer for two days but if they are as good as I have experienced then they will be problem free.

Not a good buy
Mac is quite slow and you can’t download any recent apps. Keyboard and mouse stopped working after a month or so. Can’t contact buyer either to ask for a solution.

Decent imac
In the beginning it was working fine, but then I had to send it back since it was very slow and I cannot even start on my iMac. Then I sent it back and when I received it it was working fine again and then also like a few months, it started acting slow. It started lagging so much and it taste like a few minutes to load

Well I couldn’t believe the delivery talk about quick!! Fantastic computer will definitely buy again off you, just onegripe when I got the delivery there was a big hole in the box but nothing was damaged A++++

Great condition
This product was as described, in great condition and exceptionally packaged. It came with clear and to the point instructions that were easy to understand for a novice. In hindsight it was a lot more expensive to buy here than other places for a machine I didn't realise couldn't be upgraded at all as it too old so should've done my research and bought a newer model for less
