Never trout fished before, but I was able to catch a few on my first day

THE best spinning lure I have ever used for Trout!
I do a lot of trout fishing in my home state of Connecticut, primarily the major rivers. I have found that the Vibrax spinning lures, in size 2 or 3/16 oz., are THE best I have ever used. The native brook trout and the European browns love the solid gold color, and the rainbows love the solid silver color. I've had some luck with their various patterned lures - but nothing ever comes close to the traditional solid gold and solid silver patterns.

Used these since they were introduced, many years ago. It is my "go to lure" for trout. Used gold and silver only, number 1 or 2 depending on the water.
