I would recommend
I purchased both AirNav RadarBox FlightSticks and PI box and then made my own antennas. They work great.

Aprox. doubled aircraft seen on suboptimal setup with marginal increase in range
Bought this to free up my existing RTL-SDR dongle for a new project, and bought the radarbox stick as a replacement to install in my dedicated ADSB setup. I have a fairly good antenna, although I live in a valley and can only have the antenna mounted a few feet off the ground due to apartment restrictions.I did not expect such a dramatic improvement, but changing the SDR with nothing else in the setup brought my regular hits from average 500-800 aircraft seen to average of 900-1300 aircraft seen depending on the day. I have included screenshots comparing a saturday before and after to show the increase in volume. Range went from ~45 to ~65, although you can't expect much out of my current setup range wise.Installation was easy, just unplugged the RTL-SDR from my RPi running the FR24 image and plugged in the Radarbox dongle and restarted. Picked up immediately, no driver changes or anything required. Overall very impressed.

didn't work, even on a brand new computer
I have been a radarbox customer before- I am on my 2nd Commstation- something happened to the first one and wouldn't work anymore, and since last year, I am having issues with the second, and I have gotten no where with support. I figured I would get this, to see how it worked. I first tried it on an old computer, and on the radarbox site it would show that it was working, but it wasn't picking anything up. The software would not pick up anything at all, and even wouldn't show that it was connected. On a brand new computer, the same issue has happened. Support has been nonexistent, both on the commstation and also on this flightstick.

Good stick, but no different than most others.
Good stick, but not really much different than any others. Ive not done testing, but as its been said, an external filter I think does more than the internal filter builtin to this one. Ive a decent antenna, but an antenna makes all the difference also with this. For overall comparison, Ive a nooelec v1 stick, and it does a little better with its included antenna than this.

Worked right out of the box
I bought this to build my own ADS-B Flight Tracker using FlightAware. After installing the software on my Raspberry Pi 3B and attaching a separate antenna that I also purchased, this unit worked right out of the box and started picking up ADS-B traffic from various aircraft near me. I'll probably pick up a couple more for some other projects as well!

It is very easy to setup!
After hooking it up to the Raspberry Pi and the antenna then booting the whole thing up, it works great! For the ease of use, I'd recommend this product!
