What can I say. The blanket is very nice. It hasn't shed. I did wash it before using it. It washed very well, no pilling or shedding. I put a king on my queen bed because I do have a "boxspring" and thick mattress. I do have it in between a flat sheet and quilt. Not to hot but comfortable for me. Like it so much, I bought it in Dark Grey and Ivory. My only complaint which isn't a big deal, is the liner on the ivory one looks kind of yellow.They come very well packaged and are very soft. The colors are as they appear other than what I already mentioned.I would recommend this.

Everyone loves a fleecy blanket on a cold night. We sent this one to Maine with our son.These blankets are just right on the bed. Not too heavy with a comforter; not too light. Colors are beautiful and fully saturated. Wash perfectly with no shrinking. Material is super soft to the touch. Great blanket for the price.

Bought this blanket to complement my comforter. My comforter makes my husband and me so hot, that I have been folding it down to the foot of my bed and needed a blanket for these cooler nights. I washed and dried the blanket upon receiving - held up well even though it said to hang dry it. The color is a rich, deep purple and it is incredibly soft. It's a nice quality material in that it isn't thin and see-through, and does have good weight to it. I was initially looking for a vellux-type blanket since I've had those in the past, but they didn't have purple and this one looked comparable for a smaller price tag. Two things that I noticed is that the finishing hem material color is slightly off (slightly more pinkish than the main blanket material) and also, the alignment of where the hem ends come together was slightly off and there's some overhang. Overall, it kept me warm enough at night without making me too hot while sleeping.
