Have purchased on numerous occasions, always quality.

This really saves time in mashing up fresh ginger when making a curry, and the taste of this stuff is gorgeous. Absolutely tons and tons of flavour. Great value for money too.

My fault, did not check the height of jar, won't fit in my fridge, same with the garlic. No return policy.

I've had to put it in the bin it's not fit for consumption. Really disappointed.

I love the taste, it tastes kind of cured having been sitting with the salt, and it adds extra taste to the dishes. Lovely in curries, soups laksas, ragùs. It is a bit salty but not excessively so. I even had it on a sourdough toast, it's delicious.Not completely smooth, it has a slight texture, but blends in nicely and is not overbearing.I froze most of it in an ice cube forms for easier portioning, because I'm only cooking for 2 people.I use covered ice cube forms and they work great for this, and for just issue and coconut cream and milk.Very happy with this product and with the price
