It is an OEM part!
My original oem pump ran for 190000 miles and began to have drain back (turn key to on and wait for fuel pump to build up pressure before I could start it) and issues with my fuel gauge...Time to change out.Pump had Nissan OEM part numbers on it😎👍For my car super easy to swap outIt is located under backseat.Things to be sure to have before starting,Lots of lint free towels...Nitrile gloves, chemical rated are best.Hand tools to remove any fasteners..Two large disposable bowls, one for the old pump, It's covered in fuel and the other for the drippy lines, even with pressure released, lines will still drip a good bit and it doesn't take much fuel on the carpet to get your car smelling like high octane for weeks!Compressed air and cleaning solution to clean top of tank off BEFORE YOU OPEN IT, I used spray-a-way and the afore mentioned towels, Any crud you remove won't have a chance to get into your tank.A fuel tank lock ring tool... Check local parts stores to rent one. For the day. Also fuel lines will be extremely BRITTLE, work slowly and on purpose. If there is an easily replaceable clip, lock ring or line... Just Replace it...fuel leaks are no joke! This unit does not come with the REQUIRED " O" ring seal, don't reuse the original! Just get a replacement.... For my job the Oem ran about $30 aftermarket should be $15 to 20 ish. Don't forget to lube the ring.. I used plumbers grease on it.Fuel pumps degrade very slowly and after a few years (18 for me) it became noticeable, after replacement I definitely had a performance rejuvenation, aside from solving the drainback and my gas gauge issues, there is a noticeable difference on engine start and idle. Took a quarter tank for ECM to optimize idle and since then I find I have much better throttle response on freeway and a stronger cruise control by way of not needing to come out O8imverdrive at the usual overpasses.Your mileage will vary 🤣🤣Research is your friend ask questions and know your limits.Plan it out and be careful!🚭🚯📵

Not compatible with 2006 Altima
Although Amazon says this is compatible with 2002 thru 2006 Altimas. This WILL NOT work on a 2006. The Bosch has a supply and return (evap) on top. My OE pump has only one line coming out to the engine. Also the diameter of the bottom of the unit will not fit through the opening at the rear set opening/tank opening. I waited too long to install this and past the return window.

Good fit.
Good fit. Works well. Always trust Bosch. A little tough getting the metal plate out that holds it down. But that was the hardest part. Pretty easy install since it’s under the seat of my car.

Saved time & money
The part was nearly $200 less than what the mechanic charged and it arrived within 24 hours of being ordered. Saved me time and money. So far the part is working fine.
