bought this stuff twice, works amazingly. Highly recommend anytime you want to clean out your loop.Funnily enough might want to review the english on the package though, on the back it says for "new hardward" and not "hardware" :p

If your buying new radiators or have radiators for that matter, then you need some sort of Rad clean. Manufacturers clean out the Rads the best they can before sending them out but theres always a lil bit of left overs from the rad making process, so cleaning them out is smart and takes away any worries of particles in the Rad, also when ever your cleaning your loop and changing cooling, then you really should clean out the rads.

I bought this kit for my first foray into custom cooling. Although you can simply use vinegar or other solutions I’m confident that this won’t have any adverse effect on my components. A big benefit is the funnel which I even used a couple times to fill my reservoir, as well as the plastic plugs. Make sure not to fill your rads to the brim so that there is room for the water to be shaken. Also make sure to rinse out with distilled water after use. Overall very happy.

Worked way better than vinegar in my opinion. After rad clean and a few flushes the radiator no longer had residue but my previous attemps with vinegar didnt work out too well. I would recommend this if you are not comfortable with vinegar.

Using 32 ounces of water for half the cleaning compound bottle is for almost no one since a 360 radiator barely holds 8 ounces. So know your radiator's capacity and only mix accordingly.

Are you looking for Rad treatment for your loop before you build. This is really convenient as it turns the water inside blue so you know when you've fully flushed out the radiator after the pre-treatment. It also does the trick in getting rid of small debris from your radiator.

It went in clear ish blue and came out green with chunks of grime so it looks like it took out a lot of deposits and copper oxidation. The funnel is really helpful but the two white plastic plugs are garbage and don't hold a seal on my slim radiators. Maybe they'd work better on thick radiators.
