Iron works as expected
This works as expected. It's lighter than my other iron, which is nice. Easy to use and instructions have information on each of the components.

Mine lasted 2.5 years. Plate needs cleaning often if using starch.
I had purchased this iron in August of 2022 and it is now Jan 2025. I have used it moderately to heavily and it no longer gets very hot. It only gets luke warm. I believe the life on this iron is about 2.5 years. I'm off now to replace the iron with another one. Althought the price is right and It has been an inexpensive option for every day ironing, I did have to clean the plate often if using starch with an iron cleaning paste. I prefer a chrome plate that will be easier to clean rather than this one.

Died after 3 years of normal use
Compact and lightweight. Slides easily and steams well. Sadly it died (stopped heating) after three years of light weekday use. Two stars off for short lifespan.
