Worked Perfectly For Our Production
We used the fake fire pit as a prop in our Christmas play about the homeless. It worked perfectly as the homeless street people gathered around the small fire to hear the Christmas story being read by a homeless minister.

the flame is red - all red. unlike the picture
The last one of these I bought had white cloth and an orange bulb. It looked great. This one is just red on red. Not at all like a fire. I will be replcing the fabric with white to see how taht looks. otherwise the fan is not to loud and it seems like solid unit. NOTE: there is no remote. it is just ON.

The first time it got wet from rain it stopped working
We looked at discribetion and it did not say anything about indoor use only. First rain it stopped working

Quick shipping and good customer service
First order of Product appeared to have been previously used. Silk flame ends were tattered in places and crunched up, five of six screws were missing to assemble legs, directions and hanging chains missing. Flame works, but not as good as other cauldron type flames. Also required American plug adapter for European plug prongs, but was included.I gave it a two star review originally. They immediately contacted me and said they'd replace it. The replacement came very quick. Silk flame is not perfect, but better than the last (other fake flame torches I have came with the silk flame packed separately), this one came already stuck with doublestick tape to the lamp body. Screws for the legs were included this time, but hanging chain, indicated in product photos, still not included, so can only be used for a tabletop unless I go get my own chains. I'm upgrading my rating to a 4-star for their quick service and quick positive response, but can't quite give the product 5-star because original product box should have been checked for parts before shipping, description should have indicated a European plug but they do include an adapter, but that means I have 3" plug thing sticking out of the wall, and still no hanging chain that appears in the description photos.
