These drops are at a fantastic dosage and work great.
According to Dr. Chris MasterJohn (YouTube Him), most people take way too much methylfolate in supplements. This is an active vitamin, not a stored vitamin, therefor, the brain will use it all up as soon as it's there. If you take mega-doses like most supplements are, you can get side effects such as b12 depletion. This dosage is small enough I can take 1 drop, and I feel the effects in 5 minutes, and it lasts about an hour. Taking more doesn't make it last much longer, it just makes there be more side effects. It also tastes good, and is much easier than carrying pills + water around to re-dose during the day.I really hope this product stays on the market, it's key for me.

Autistic Child Takes Daily
My 9 year old autistic son has been taking these drops daily for over a year after receiving the recommendation that it was a vitally important supplement for brain health, from both Neurologist Brian Miller of Brain Treatment Institute in Dallas, TX and Naturopathic Physicians at Vital Kits Medicine in Seattle, WA where my son has been treated. This is the only brand I've found that is in liquid form. I place 3 drops in 3 oz of Apple juice and 3 oz of water along with a drop of liquid B12 and my very picky eater drinks it fine.

May not be what it once was
I had used the product with success in treating my MTHFR gene issue, causing deficient methylation of folic acid into folate in my body. The packaging for this product changed from a glass bottple to a plastic one. Hard to correlate, but I have gradually acquired new folate defincieny symptoms an dthe only change was the bottle. I am going to seek out another product as I suspect the supplement is no longer doing its job as effiectively and the package change may indiicate other substantive changes in the formaulation or supplier.

Taste good
Not sure if it works as well as other brands. I moved on to another type that is a melting pill. I am going to see if that works better

Great way to take my folate
My body doesn't absorb folic acid very well, so folate is an important supplement for me. Unfortunately, thought, more often than not pills make me very queasy, and because of that I tend to avoid taking them, even when I know I should. I found these drops while I was looking for a good alternative to pills. I'm writing this review after I made my second purchase of them. There are plenty of other liquid supplements available, but I didn't want something with a lot of fillers or sugars added, either. These are perfect for me. Each drop is the equivalent to 156 mcg. I usually take at least four drops each morning before I have my coffee. I place the drops on a spoon because then I can make sure I'm getting the exact amount that I want. The flavor isn't wonderful, but it isn't horrible, either. I don't need something great tasting and yummy as much as I need something tolerable, and these are just fine. (The dose is so small that I think it would be easy to mix them into something if I the taste bothered me, and I'd probably not even notice it was in there.) The most important thing is that I do notice a difference in how I feel when I'm taking my folate consistently, and these drops make it very easy for me to do. Overall I am very happy with them and glad that I found them!

Liquid natural Folate
No synthetic folic acid here - but Folate - the real deal. Liquid is easy to take in one drop and tastes fine. I've been switching over to as many "drop" liquids as possible for supplements.....no need to absorb capsules, etc.

Worth it!
Great value for the money!I've been taking this for over a year or so and find that it works great. If I had to complain... I would just say that I wish it weren't so sweet.I like though that it's more natural and you can't beat the price.
