Q: How do you make the chutney? There are no instructions on the packet

I just add a couple of tablespoons to my pot of chicken and vegetables to taste. It is good. Sometimes I add a little curry powder to add to the flavor.

From the package: blackgram DSL (84%), red chili, salt, lemon concentrate, mustard, curry leaves, asafoetida. Gives a wonderful base to curries and the lemon and asafoetida come thru the most
