It is a decent cookie. As are all gf products, they are really expensive. I bought a 4 pack and will freeze them for an occasional snack, but I am still looking for a ginger snap substitute. Strongly suggest ordering more than one bag. You will want to munch them. They are crispy and soft and are filled with little chewy bits of ginger. So gooooood! Crunchy, munchies. A goodie bag full of joy. Sorry Santa, not sharing.
