I have a mix of 3b/3c/4a and this worked great. It worked amazingly! Heads up to any American buyers there isn’t a seal in the products so some might leak and you might have a shock not having to peel the opening paper seal.This defined my curls and made it soft. I also used the honey gel(in a yellow jar) and deep conditioner from the golden product line. The gel Is very thick and so is this product. You don’t need a lot of product even on my tighter curls. It works great on damp close to soaking wet hair.I’ll be trying the shampoos and conditioners next.Get this you get so much product. I have BSL hair and I barely used a handful of a 35 Oz jar for a wash and go and I’m very heavy handed.

I was skeptical after reading some of the negative reviews but I have to say I was amazed by the way my curls look. Yes the product isn’t internally sealed but it comes externally protected with a plastic bag.My hair is fine combo of 3b, 3c & 4a with high porosity, this product has a nice scent & right chemistry to make my hair frizz free and the sheen that the coconut oil provides is just right. When first applied into hands, it feels a bit greasy but when the hair dries there’s no oily residue and the curls look perfectly moisturized & shinier. Always deep conditioning curly hair and you won’t be disappointed!

You can feel your hair getting soft as you rub through your hair....wished it had a little more oil in the mix so that my ends didn't feel dry after a few hours....not a strong smell or distinct smell

This product does magic. I rarely use any other products and the LOC method is IDEAL for lasting curls.This has minimized shedding, increased moisture and volume. Most importantly, my curls are defined and well-conditioned. I have low porosity hair. I have been natural for over 10 years. THIS and one other Brazilian product has TRAINED my curls to perform at its best.

Hands down go to hair lotion for my daughter who has curly hair. The smell is good, the texture is soft and buttery, and the jar will last for long time. I’m satisfied with my order.

I bought this specific product after trying the Crème Para Pentear- Definição Intensa which my hair 4a hair loved, but this product not so much. It claims to give the “wet look” to your curls which is really just helping with giving your hair that shine of and definition of wet curls, which it didn’t. There is isopropyl alcohol listed as an ingredient which is extremely drying especially when used on a constant bases. There are some other ingredients that can cause your hair to become brittle and dry and that’s exactly what happened to my hair. At fist it seemed as if my curls were looking defined, moisturized, and shiny, but after constantly using it my curls became dry and crunchy within it being dry the same day or a few days later. I don’t pair it with any other products except water and infused water I make myself so it shouldn’t feel as it did. Sadly, I could not continue testing the product as I had to stop using it for the sake of my hair. If it works for your hair that’s great but it was huge fail with my mine; however I wouldn’t recommend it for long usage because of the alcohol and other concerning ingredients.
