Q: Can this be mounted between two balcony

Should not be a problem. Keep in mind though that the plastic screw clamp used to hold the ends of the cable together is terrible. Good chance all of your clothes will end up on the ground when the cable comes apart. I had to make wooden wedges and push them inside the clamp to keep it from collapsing. Maybe you could find a different cable clamp or a different kit altogether, perhaps with all metal parts.

Q: how long is the line that comes with this kit?? does a line tightener come with this kit ????

I didn't measure it but it is way longer than you need. I used about 60 ft (30 to the tree and 30 back to the porch). Had about 30 or so left. There is a tightener included. Instructions are clear. Love mine!

Q: What if i only need 52 feet so 104feet in length. Can i cut the cable and does this kit come wit some sort of coupling to make it i to a loop?

Yes you can cut it and it does have a device to attach the ends to form the loop.

The wheel that the clothesline touches is vertical. So the clothesline runs in a circle around the two wheels, and so it causes them to be vertical, or one over the top of the other.
