Nice units
Robust brackets (much better than typical residential sensors). Works as expected.

Great product! Easy install
I bought these to replace the type of sensor that clips onto the track of a garage door. It is an interior door in a building of storage units, so the door gets opened A LOT. Tough the previous sensors worked, they were regularly hit with carts or boxes while people were moving. The hours would knock the sensors out of alignment, and u would get the call to drive down and correct the issue (i.e. kick the rail to realign the sensors). Using this unit, I opted for the option of fixing straight to the track instead of screwing into the wall. Though i did have to drill through the track, it was only two holes per side. Total install time was sub ten minutes. The bolt that fixes the sensor to the bracket runs all the way through the unit which is another great benefit as the previous style used had the thin plastic on the backside that would slip over the bolt head and was easily broken.Over all, I would absolutely recommend this to anyone that wants a more secure sensor setup. It is great quality and a decent price.

Expensive Replacement
Fixed my problem on a 4 year old photo eye, price seems high. (No other option for commercial doorsunless you want to change them out to the cheaper home version and hope you have Zero problems.)

Commercial safety sensors
These safety sensors are great and an easy replacement for Liftmaster commercial garage door openers.

A lot of money for only 1 year life.
This is my second set of these. They seem to fail after about 1 year. Very poor quality.

Works with Chamberlain residential operators as well :-)
My 20-year old Craftsman sensors were getting weak for their age requiring me to hold the operator button in for the down travel to complete. I don't really like the current residential ones by the usual manufacturers because they mount different and are smaller of course. These commercial ones were the same rectangular size as my old ones and mounted right up in my existing brackets and use the same wire/voltage as my existing installation. They work with the old Craftsman operators (pre-2000) and my new Chamberlain C253 operator that I just had replaced last week after my 20-year old spring broke as well (all in due time I guess). Hope these Chamberlain products last as long as my Craftsman stuff....20 years, so I can't complain, but the bar has been set for longevity now Chamberlain! Fingers crossed, but VERY nice sensors and commercial grade as well!
