Likes- flavour is good, it's healthy unlike bournvita or other malt which contains sulphur and other chemicals.Dislikes - Price is high and I just got discount of Rs.20 while buying it from amazon. Else evything is good..Some part of malt accumulates to the bottom of surface being an adult it is not an issue.. if you're giving it to a child make sure they eat that too!! Its delicious like ceramic

It was just ragi powder or jowar powder it think it was good to make it at home some multigrain powder and jaggery .and it won't mix well with milk
