Update: Max speed I could get was 98 Mbps.
Update to my previous review. Correcting my errorI went out and purchased a cable tester (Klein Tools VDV Scout Pro 3). I found out the issue was that the cable was damaged during installation, not a problem with the cable quality.Having the proper testing tool, allowed me to find out what was going wrong and figure out where to start looking. Once the damaged area (on my part) was located and eliminated. The speed test showed that the cable is now performing as intended, and is very fast and stable!I should have purchased the proper scanning tool when I first ordered the cable. It would have saved me many hours of undue stress.—————————————————————————————————————————-+——————————-I ordered this cable and rj45 plugs at the same time. Making sure I selected the correct plugs. I ran the CAT 8 cable from the fiberoptic box straight to the router (approximately 50’). I could not get the ISP speed through the cable.I first thought the sockets were installed wrong in some way. I reviewed the video and installed completely new rj45 plugs. I still only got 98 Mbps. I then thought I had a router problem. After much testing and almost going out and replacing the router. I decided to go out side and hook the router straight into the fiberoptic box with a 3’ CAT 5E cable. Boom, 250 Mbps both up and down. So, the bottom line is that I wasted all that money and a couple of days crawling around in a 100 degree attic installing a faulty cable. What a disappointment!

Very well made, works at full speed from my Internet Provider
Very well made, trusted company and gives me the speed advertised by my Internet Provider. The company offers the Cat8 Termination Plugs and Ethernet jacks for this Cat8 cable and they are very easy to install for a novice.

Good install and first impression
Easy to install for the contractors, good comments on quality. Just installed so no ling term feedback yet. I selected based on much reviews (pure single copper, double shielded, 23 gauge).

Awesome performance
Awesome performance.Notice a huge difference in speeds after removing all my old cable upgrading to cat 8. I did buy their rj45 jacks and keystones. I love it, but it can be really expensive quickly.

A nice option for future proofing your home/business
I bought the LINKUP CAT 8.1 cabling and the LINKUP jacks. My electrician, who had never seen CAT 8 before, was able to follow the pictured instruction sheet and get everything working just fine. Why am I installing CAT 8.1? No, I don't own a data center. Rather, I am wiring my home + home office and wanted to future proof things beyond 10 Gbps. At the moment, I don't even have a switch capable of 10 Gbps but I can definitely attest that this CAT 8.1 cabling is 100% backwards compatible with my existing CAT 5E, 6, and 6A wiring.I will post back here again when I upgrade to 10 Gbps ... probably in next 12 months or so.

Solid Cat8 cable
Everything about the cable was top notch and well insulated. It is sturdy with the diameter about the same as RG6. I would buy it again if needed,
