And I thought the vanilla and the lemon flavors were good . . . This mint chocolate protein bar is delicious! I sometimes use these bars in place of desert, and this one really hits the the chocolate-craving, without giving me the sugar buzz that a candy bar would do. And to think that they are actually good for you. I'm not going to say that I can eat one and not feel hungry for the rest of the day, but they do give a sustained energy feeling without the buzzed feeling I get from other protein bars that too often feel like 'fake' food. These are made from cashew butter and collagen(good for the joints and skin) from grass fed cows, coconut and palm oil powder and sweetened with stevia. Delicious. The only negative I have, is that no healthfood or grocery stores(whole food sometimes) stock these bars so I have to order them online.

I’m obsessed with these bars. I love all of the flavors, but this mint chocolate one is my current fav (it literally takes just like a Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookie). The clean ingredients and good fats keep me satiated while on-the-go. One tip with the bars is that they can crumble easily (no junk ingredients to bind it together), so best not to throw in the bottom of a purse or backpack. Handle with care and enjoy! I highly recommend these bars, as well as the entire line of bulletproof products and supplements.

I LOVE the taste of these bars, especially the vanilla shortbread. Although frankly they don't fill you up as much as other protein bars. But I enjoyed the weird texture after a couple of bars.Unfortunately - and this is a BIG DEAL - these aren't actually gluten-free. A friend of mine spotted the warning on the label: "processed in a facility that also processes wheat". Well damn it. I have an intolerance and have been dealing with chronic health issues for a long time.****It is a disservice to many of us to market something as "gluten-free" when it very likely is contaminated with gluten from processing. *****How dare you mislead people into eating something that is HARMFUL to us?

Bought these for on-the-go. Served me well on a long drive. The size of each bar is quite small, but I found it satisfying enough to keep me going to my next meal. No tummy issues, but I am used to MCT oil.Mint chocolate chip flavor was pretty good. Texture and taste was sort of like a dry cookie dough—a bit pasty and very crumbly. .These are too fragile for tossing into a bag. I will keep the rest in my desk at work for when I don’t have time for a meal.

These bars arrived melted. They are crumbly by nature, but crumbly and melted makes them very difficult and messy to eat.I do like them even though they are weird. They fill me up, and take care of either breakfast or lunch for me.I would buy them again, but not here. I’ll just buy individual bars at Whole Foods or Trader Jones’s

I purchase a case of Bulletproof bars every time I go on vacation. I pack them in my carry-on bag and ration them out over the amount of days I'll be there. I have Celiac disease and a dairy allergy, so it can sometimes be difficult to find "safe" food options. These bars are delicious, filling and can serve as a meal replacement if needed. I love eating them for breakfast, or as a dessert. I bring Epic bars on vacation as well, so, for lunch or dinner, the Epic bar is my "main course" and the Bulletproof bar is "dessert." I love the Mint Chocolate Chip flavor. The regular Chocolate Chip flavor is great as well. I had gotten a little tired of the lemon, vanilla,, and chocolate flavors, so it's nice to have new options!

Okay, at first they smell like mint essential oils and have an oil texture, so I was hesitant to try them. But they're actually great and even my kids love them. They melt easily as others have noted, so I put them in a frozen lunchboxes if it's hot out and that keeps them cool for a long time. They totally help when I'm wanting something sweet or dessert-ish. I'm on my fourth box and all have been consistently good with no issues.

This bar is very dry! Flavor was Ok, no after taste. I may not buy again due to the dryness.
