They seem ok, but bought them for an evaporative cooler, not an industrial something.They have a large casing, all metal and seem like they're made for something other than a home evaporative cooler

I purchased a two pack of these pillow block bearings for a flat sander project that I had just finish designing and I am now in the process of building. I am always amazed at these bearings and how well they work and how cost-effective they are I have mounted up my large 22" long contact Drum between two of these bearings and they run smooth as silk. The bearings seem to be very well built and are double sealed and should hold up well in this application I have used similar bearings from this company before and they have lasted a long time. I highly recommend these bearings and would use them again. Thank you

I used these for a DIY pottery wheel, as part of a pulley gear reduction. We used a small section of aluminum rod for the axle, which worked great until I had to take the axle out to adjust the pulleys. Turned out I over-tightened the set screws, which deformed the aluminum enough to get it completely stuck. After much wacking with a hammer/wood block, I eventually just sanded down the deformed part of the axle enough to get it unstuck, but there was a lot of forces on these bearing blocks in all sorts of directions. Despite this, they still spin fine and remain just as quiet as before. Absolutely a good buy, and I'll keep this brand in mind next time I need something similar.

Nice and solid bearing seems to have nice preload. Will be using it on a diy wood lathe.Bought .625 bearings. I have a ground rod that’s exactly .625 and the fit is a nice sliding fit. So bearing must be ground over size by about .0005-.0015. Initially I was dismayed as my bar didn’t fit but there was a slight burr on my bar where it was cut. Took the burr off and it slid right in. I will definitely be using pgn products again. Very mind blown with how good this purchase was. Some people said in comments that bearing was shipped as metric to them. This did not happen to me, so it may have been a mistake in the past.
