Excellent boba, and I order it every month. Excellent taste, and good value. I can make my favorite drink from a certain "Bros" coffee shop, for 1/3 the price. As long as Amazon leaves it in the original box and protective bubble packaging, I have no trouble. I have recieved a couple of damaged ones because Amazon removed the from their proper packaging, and only put some scraps of paper with them, but I have always gotten a refund, and it has not happened the past few months.

3rd time was the charm! Ordered times and never got either of them because the package got destroyed due to UPS not being careful! This time it got shipped with FedEx and it came completely undamaged! So happy because this boba tastes amazing!

Great taste and texture, not like the tapioca type. Perfect with iced tea. The raspberry is my favorite and I don't have to pay for the coffee shop tea! I have some in my tea everyday!

The popping pearls taste real good but I had to order a second one because the first one I ordered became undeliverable and I havent received a refund

Well packaged for secure damage-free delivery. The tub is huge, has abundant amount of product, making this a tremendous value for your money! Unfortunately, I didn’t read description closely to realize the brown sugar bobas are NOT tapioca. Flavor and texture are just ok for me, but then I’m a huge tapioca pearl fan. IMO it leaves something to be desired if you are expecting tapioca. I will use up this huge bucket of pearls…they’re not really bad…just different. The more I use the product, maybe I’ll be more enthusiastic about these pearls. They do pop, but I miss that gooey gummy yummy tapioca pearls. Considering the great value of this big bucket of pearls, I would recommend at least giving them a try. Just be aware they are NOT your typical tapioca pearls so you won’t be disappointed.

This is my 4th or 5th order from Karat by Lollicup.My first order- I ordered 2. They shipped in same box and didn’t even make it to me as they were destroyed during shipping.I decided to go back and try to order 1 (7 lb) of the containers….then the next day I ordered the 2nd.Both got to me in perfect condition.In my photos you can see the bubble container that the Pearls are in. The shipping box is sturdy and in perfect condition.MY ADVICE to anyone wanting to order multiples- order 1 at a time! Shipping companies don’t know what’s inside your package so they might be a bit tougher on the box.The pearls….are awesome! Each flavor I’ve gotten tastes just like the description, raspberry, orange, etc. I put them in my smoothies, lemonade, some deserts, etc.storage- I tried putting this in my fridge, but the container leaks if you’re not careful. I bought a set of 3~ONE Gallon plastic jugs on Amazon, and the 7 pounds fit perfectly and the pearls pour out just fine.These are not cheap and food items are non refundable, so I hope my review has helped.

Product is definitely delicious. Packaging not so much. Hence 4 vs 5 stars. Details and suggestions below. I hope seller actually reviews and takes into consideration adding better packaging.Definitely a good product when it doesn't arrive damaged and you can actually enjoy it. Seemed like nice bubble packaging around container. However bubble wrap was not thick enough to prevent damage in shipment.First purchase was for a Christmas gift and they loved it. Bought for ourselves and it was delivered this way. It was leaking everywhere and after inspecting further noticed it was cracked halfway around bottom of container. Assuming handled improperly through shipment. However, could have been prevented with better Packaging. Even if they just add a good amount of packing paper in box in addition to the bubble wrap.
