This robo-vac works great! Most of the well known products in this category are full of crap that you don't need, or is even spying on you. I'm sorry, but my appliances don't need WIFI, camera's, mapping features and an internet connection to send them to... who??? This unit has everything you need and nothing you don't. I bought it because my dog is shedding like crazy and leaving my floor looking like it needs a haircut. The Eufy has done a great job of picking up ALL of the dog hair, dirt and small particles, and has yet to become clogged. The floor it is cleaning is a linoleum floor that has a low pile rug and it cleans both very well. The Eufy runs for well over an hour and one of the best things about it.... it is VERY quiet. Emptying the dust bin is super easy, and cleaning the filters is very easy as well. The Eufy comes with extra side brushes and an extra roller. I have not had to change any of them yet, but maintenance and cleaning of these items has been made very easy as well. It comes with a well thought out cleaning tool that makes cleaning easy. It has a cutter on it, similar to an envelope opener, that gets under hair that wraps around the roller and and slices it off. This is a problem with ANY vacuum that has a roller, and this tool works very well for this. To be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect at the price point, but the Eufy works better than the older I-robot I had some time ago and is far easier to maintain. The very first time it ran it was learning the room and did not make it back to the dock, but every use since, it has always gotten back and docked. If you want a robot vac that you can start with a remote or program a schedule in, without WIFI, camera's, and yet another app to install on your phone, I highly recommend the Eufy... you won't be disappointed.

Love this brand. This is our second one. It does an awesome job of cleaning the floors and we can pretty much just let it run without worrying too much. Definitely one of the better brands on the market. Highly recommend.

I decided to give this refurbished robo vacuum a try since it was $40 cheaper than the new version. For the price it really does a good job of cleaning both my hardwood floors and carpeted floors. The battery lasts for about 2 hours while its cleaning and then needs to recharge for about 5 hours. It does a good job at finding its way back to the charging station when its low on battery on its own.It loses a star for being too needy and needing some supervision. I would not recommend you let it clean if youre not in the house. Sometimes it will shove itself under furniture and get stuck there or tangle itself on wires like my phone charger. Its also very stubborn. When it has trouble getting over an obstacle such as a thick air conditioner power wire or a dog toy, it will keep attempting to go over it instead of just choosing a different direction to go in.

I've been very happy with my vacuum. The slim design is perfect for reaching under furniture. It operates quietly, no annoying buzzing! The automatic recharging is a lifesaver, and the 1300Pa suction power is impressive. It works well on hard floors, even pet hair doesn't stand a chance. I've even got one for my mom! Definitely a great purchase.

I don't remember when we first got this thing — at least 5 years ago — and it has been a champ through a household of two long-haired people and a cat. We have had past vacuum droids before and this one has outlasted and outperformed all of its predecessors. What I especially loved, however, was when the original roller brush motor in it died, the Eufy customer service was amazing! They had diagnostic pages and videos on their site so I could figure out the issue. Their customer service folks were attentive and helpful via email and actually listened to what I was describing. They linked me to the part I needed and to the step-by-step replacement videos specifically for my model. Once I got in there and replaced the motor, I was really impressed with how tightly machined everything was. The repair process went more smoothly than anything I have experienced before. I never once thought that a small electronic device I got online would have repair and replacement parts and such bespoke customer service. The whole experience really makes me interested in Eufy as a company.

March 12, 2024This is an addendum to my previous 5 star review, now updated to 1 star. The renewed Eufy purchased 7 months ago, is no longer working as it did / as it should. It currently gets stuck going in circles and will only edge clean. This purchase is now useless. I had an expectation that the product would work longer than 7 months. Prior to purchasing, i had worried that a renewed product would be inferior. Yepper i was correct. Not pleased with the renewed Eufy lasting only 7 months. Purchased the renewed model for cleaning my lower level art studio. I am beyond pleased with the renewed Eufy!!! It cleans as well as the new models. I was reluctant about purchasing a renewed model. That fear has been laid to rest. We live with 8 cats and 2 dogs. The Eufy works once a day to remove their shedded hair from the floor. The dogs track in grass and leaves from outside. The Eufy sucks up everything. I am beyond pleased that my floors are clean with little effort. The only effort involved is emptying the hair and debris sucked up Eufy. A must have for pet owners. Love my 3 Eufy's!!!
