Customer service was sterling- 10/10
The welding is very ugly but thorough. The chain lanyard is was designed by other than a engineer. This is very strong stand but really needs to be fabricated in the USA. Really great customer service.

Ok… a little crude, but decent for money.
As you can see all the decals are falling off straight out of the box. Paint is a little rough, and banged up pretty good. But overall they are ok for the cost.

Not as pictured
These jack stands are not anodized, they are painted grey. Max height is 17" not 21". However they are a solid strong jack stand. Amazon will not revise the description.

Incorrect Description
Potential buyer be aware, these stands are roughly 5 inches shorter at max height than as described and not anodized. Amazon made the return process extremely difficult, sent a second incorrect set, didn’t issue the refund when promised and has yet to modify the description to meet accurate dimensions. This is one of two esco products recieved with similar functional issues. I would think twice before trusting this brand with my life and will do the same about continued amazon purchases.
