I love these teapills.They are a staple in my supplement regimen.I do feel that they help with energy, and female balance, but not as effectively for me, without the additional support of a liver, and kidney formula.I take all 3 formulas twice daily.

If you suffer pms, these round pills are great to relieve suffering. I take these for 5 days after my cycle has ended and I notice less problems through the month. I also see a Chinese Medical Doctor and go by his recommendation of how to take these. I highly recommend these.
