What a knife! This is strong and has a sharp edge to it. We own several. Cuts anything food-wise in the kitchen like butter. Of course, one must respect the knife as this one is very sharp. It has good balance and easy to use to cut. Design is quite beautiful with its decoration in the blade. A solid one piece design which will never separate from the handle. High recommend for years of service.

It is a very solid knife with good balance and very sharp. The added sharpener and the nice box are a great added touch. The only reason for the 4 starts instead of 5 is the fake damascus steel pattern that is added to the blade. For anyone who knows knives this will be off putting as it is clearly not real damascus steel. I would avoid buying this for anyone who cares a lot of about knives or knows knives as they will likely have a problem with that. Kind of a shame considering the rest of the knife if very good and the pattern is not needed.

Easy to sharpen and looks great

I had lost my old knife so I needed a new one. I went by reviews and I wasn't disappointed. This is a very sturdy knife and has a really good grip. It cuts like crazy out of the box... Now, all I have to do is maintain it. Overall all, this is a really good knife!
