I liked it so much at work, I bought one for the house.
Ok, let’s be clear: If you use carefully and are not abusive, these will last you a couple of years before they wear out. For home use, they could possibly last a lot longer, unless your kids are playing with them. I worked in a VERY large restaurant, and we cleaned the entire place twice a day with these and almost never had to use actual vacuum cleaners, they worked so well. The only weakness is in the arm itself. It WILL break, so quit yanking it around. The primary weakness is just below the circular grip at the top. Once it breaks, you can still use it, its just less convenient since the arm is now a lot shorter. Also, please clean the trash out after each use, or it will get gunked up. Even then, though, it’s not hard to wash out in the sink. The beater bar is quite simple to remove and clean, but be careful putting it back in, or the plastic locking mechanism will break. I know I’m making it sound like this is a fragile machine, and it’s NOT. I’m just saying that if you’re using it constantly, and it’s being operated by busboys who don’t care, it has these weaknesses and won’t last forever.

I have used the Bissell Commercial Rechargeable sweeper at work for the last 6 months and I love it!
I waitress for a living and you can imagine the messes I sometimes have to clean up. I have used the Bissell Commercial Rechargeable sweeper at work for the last 6 months and I love it!! The Bissell is quiet, quick and efficient, I am very impressed with it's performance, ease of use and easy to empty removable dirt cup. I liked this product so much that I purchased one for myself to use at home. I own a cat and cleaning up the kitty crumbs around the litter box every day with the vacuum cleaner was quite a pain. Now that I have the Bissell sweeper it's a breeze. I recharge it on average once every two weeks. This won't completely replace your conventional vacuum cleaner but it will certainly help with quick cleanups and every day chores. I recommend this to anyone that has been thinking of purchasing a rechargeable sweeper. Bissell is by far the best I've ever used!!!

DO NOT BUY! Batteries and power cord are TERRIBLE
Bought 3 units and they all go bad within a few months regardless of how well you take care of them. The batteries have been replaced twice and the power charging cord was replaced twice and still having same issues with being able to use the units when needed. SUCKS and is not reliable, not built well, not worth the time or money. RENTING THE UNIT FOR 2-3 months at the best. We bought 3 Shark sweepers that were cheaper but actually lasted longer but had handle and issues not battery and charging issues. SWEEPERS SUCK!

A Great Cordless Small Vaccuum!
The media could not be loaded. Love this vacuum! Purchased it for our 5th wheel and it does an amazing job picking up dog hair! It is super easy to clean. The roller brush on the bottom has a quick release feature and it makes getting the dog hair out of there a breeze! The only frustration is that I have to charge it after every use. But, I don’t care because if you watch the video you will see how much it picks up. The vaccuum doesn’t feel super sturdy. Not sure how long it will last but so far - I am thrilled with the results!

Great in it's own way
I use this vacuum to spot check a 30,000 sq ft call floor. I have had over 5 of these and here is my review.Pros: The vacuum is quiet and can be operated around people with ease. It picks up really well but it will stop picking up as well when the internal dust catcher gets full. (All you have to do is empty it and keep going. You will know when it's time because it will drop out dust and stop picking up). The vacuum is versitle and light weight. The vacuum will operate for over 40 minutes for me.Cons: This little yellow thing that holds the brush in place will break and you will have to call and get a new brush. It's best to just use the pet brush that comes with it and make sure to keep the hair cleaned out. The battery has a tendency to melt itself at the connector but again, they will replace that too.I have not had any issues with a handle. Sometimes it might just need tightened. That's it. It's a lifesaver!

Everyday Restaurant Use
I purchased the bissel commercial sweeper after only owning the shark for about a month before the handle snapped. ive been using the bissel for about 7 months now and its held up well. i use it in a restaurant 6 days a week picking up food and dirt and every other thing customers leave on the floor... is it as powerful as a vacuum? no but its much quieter and it doesnt clog. also the battery last me 3 shifts + wich is nice bc i forget to charge it all the time. the only thing i didnt like at 1st was the head doesnt pivot like the shark did but thats probly why its held up and now im use to it so its no longer an issue. i definately reccomend it just remember this advice. it doesnt matter what you got shark, bissel, dyson, rainbow, DONT LET ANYONE ELSE USE IT

Not very durable for a "commercial" sweeper
Had my sweeper for about 14 months. At first it worked really well. We have three pets so we have a lot of fur and my dog eats his treats on the carpet. initially it picked everything fairly well. Now it picks up the fur but spins it around the brush and leaves clumps of fur when I pull it back. I've cleaned the brush off multiple times but doesn't seem to help. A couple of months ago it started making a clunking noise after it was on for a few minutes. I specifically bought it because it was labeled commercial grade. If this is a commercial product, I'd hate to see a regular one.
