Good salty sweet. Savory sauce. Loved it on shrimp sushi!!!

My son loves this sushi sauce. My local grocery store does not sell this so happy to find it on Amazon. We have ordered it twice. Great taste. He uses it on all his vegetable and fish or chicken bowls.

Update:I still love this sauce but I can't seem to be able to get it delivered! The seller - Kyng (Retail, LLC, I think) - has "lost" 2 orders of this. I've just placed a 3rd replacement order, so I'm crossing my fingers I actually get it this time! There's no place else this is available for me, unless I want to pay $20/bottle at big-box, retail chain store "W." If I had known this was going to be so hard to continue to get, I'd have never tried it.DO NOT USE the seller KYNG.I'm hesitant to call this 'unagi' sauce, simply because it's not as sweet as a lot of traditional eel sauces you find. This, to me, is a fishy soy sauce with the ever-so-slightest bit of sweet. I like both, but I feel this goes on more things because the sugar is dialed back. I've been putting it on everything (not even on sushi, yet) and there's not been a single thing I tried it on that wasn't yummy. (A lot of what I've been putting it on is vegan or vegetarian, and this flavor just goes with veggies!) My current obsession is a quinoa salad I then put over a kale salad and top it with this - 3 days in a row, lunch and dinner. I just repurchased 2 more bottles and will continue to buy it as long as I can find it, I'm absolutely in love!

Great taste and quality is worth every penny. It's just as thick as we like it and with the versatile closing top makes it easy to store.

Great value at walmart used to have good poke sauce. Sadly it appears they have stopped making it. I liked it due to its flavor and that it was a thicker sauce. It wasnt eel sauce thickness but a nice balance in between that and soy sauce. Other poke sauces Ive tried were similar, a robust yet slightly sweet flavor that wasnt overly salty like soy sauce and with a thicker consistency.I got this to try as a replacement. First impressions are that its going to work well. Its got good flavor and is between soy sauce and eel sauce (the super thick wont come out of the bottle sauce) for texture. The bottle is nice and compact. Overall a good product.
