Great cuff
Grabbed the small adult size. Worked perfect for my grandmother. I never trusted automated BP cuffs—especially for people with Afib. So a manual one is the way to go. Fits her great. Quality seems good. ADC makes quality stuff from experience.

Nice Sphyg - basic and solid construction
This is a nice Sphyg Blood Pressure Cuff that I use in conjunction with my 3M Littmann 3100BK27 Electronic Stethoscope, Black, 27 inch scope. I am in EMT school and this cuff is easy to use, well-made and does the job. I use various ADC products so I was happy to read the good reviews and purchase this cuff because it was in my price range and looked durable enough. The sizing is easy to follow (once you get the hang of it) and I like this cuff. Great materials and construction and good markings on the cuff. The bulb and screw operate well and the screw is sensitive enough to allow for a nice slow release of air from the bladder even when you are just getting used to the cuff and accustomed to taking vitals.I am new at taking vitals but learned how to take blood pressures years ago. So much is automated now but I know that on our ambulance, the first BP needs to be manual. The gauge is easy to read and the cuff is easy to handle. For us newbies (and those who are accustomed to handling a stethoscope and a cuff at the same time and have been doing BP's forever), this is a nice and affordable BP cuff.Recommended.

Makes An Excellent Donation
For the past several years I have been taking ADC Bp Cuffs and Stethoscopes with me on my visits to The Philippines as donations for Educational Institutions, Medical Mission Organizations and even for a City Jail in which some of the Jail Officers are also Certified Licensed Nurses.Although I am not engaged in the medical profession itself, I was formerly employed by a manufacturer of Medical Electronic physiological recording devices so I am familiar with how accuracy and durability counts. The ADC products I have purchased as donations are being used in The Philippines in what could be considered as a harsh tropical climate, especially when used in the field by organizations that conduct Medical Missions into remote areas.Prior to my travel from New York I have all of the Bp Cuffs checked by medical professionals that know how to properly use them. They are individually and comparatively checked for accuracy and consistency and I have yet to find one that has been out of tolerance. Prior to giving these out at my destinations in The Philippines they are once again checked to insure they are in proper working order. Not one failure yet. Those that I gave out several years ago are still being used regularly and are still as good as the day I donated them with the only possible exception being normal wear which of course is to be expected.Granted, these Bp Cuffs are not entirely " made in USA " but the mere fact that the word " American " is used in the brand name makes these items something very special to those in The Philippines that are now using them and they are considered as an item quite unique. To me, these are the right item at the right price and have now time proven their quality and value under various and sometimes harsh circumstances. I will be buying more of these as donations for my next visit. They are very highly valued by their recipients. The specific item I am reviewing here is the ADC 760-11ABK ( 760 series , size 11 Adult Black )

Best BP Cuff
I use this BP cuff in clinic everyday. It is very accurate and easy to use. It works very well. I can take it anywhere because of its light weight and it comes with a pouch.

Good Quality build
I work as an advanced EMT and a wildland firefighter, and I recently cracked the glass on the gauge of my old blood pressure cuff. My favorite color is purple, so I was excited to get this device, if nothing else just for the color. I was actually surprised to find that it is a quality device as well. It attaches quickly on my patients arm and stay securely in place while I’m taking my readings. It is comfortable and fits a variety of sizes. I love the variety in colors, and I’m very happy with the price I paid for this item. It is an excellent value for the money.

In my opinion, it is for Professional Medical People
I'm sure it is a great product, but I think it is designed for nurses & doctors. I wanted a simple, home device for dummies. Sent it back, and they promptly refunded money.

Not accurate for me
I purchased this based on some reviews from "professionals" and I found that the valve doesn't hold pressure. It begins to leak as soon as you stop pumping. Hard to know if the reading is accurate. I'm not sure if my cuff is just faulty or the product doesn't work well. Too late to return it and try another cuff, unfortunately
