Fit dell xps 15 9570 perfectly in place of part number DC30100X300
Used this to replace the broken port on my 9570. Working for the last day perfectly and was an easy install. It replaced part number DC30100X300.

Fixed my charging problem
My wife's Dell XPS15 9560 stopped charging from the normal charging port a few months ago. We could still charge it using the USB-C port and a docking station, but that was kind of unwieldy lugging the big docking station around when we traveled. I had had a similar problem years ago with an XPS13, and changing the power port didn't help with that computer. But for less than $10 I figured I could give it a try on this one. I installed this power jack in about 15 minutes after watching a couple of YouTube videos, and when I plugged in the power supply, voila, the battery started charging again! I guess sometimes charging problems are simple, and sometimes they aren't. This part did its job for me. It got my wife's XPS15 back on its feet, and got my wife off of my back. Thumb's up.Oh, it looked just like the part that I removed from the laptop, and the charger pin fit nice and snug in the new port...not too tight, not too loose.

Worked 100% perfectly
was super easy to install and allowed laptop to work without even having battery installed. I purchased a cheap battery online which I thought did not work so I purchased an oem battery from Dell which was almost $100 only to find out a $6.00 part solved the issue. Couldn't be more happier this company is a winner. Great Job!

Works great!
At 1/4 of the price for the genuine Dell part it was worth a shot but expectations were low. I was suitably impressed when everything went together just fine. My Dell XPX 9560's DC charging port broke and would no longer charge the battery (the center piece in the jack broke off) so this $8 part got me back up and running. Easy to install (plenty of "How to" videos on YouTube) if you have some basic tools (a T5 torx and a small Philips head screwdriver) and about 30 minutes. Highly recommended. Bought a couple more to have for spares.

Great Part. I think it is a genuine Dell part. Looks, fits and works perfect.
Looks to me like a genuine Dell part. Exact replacement. Works great. Just what I needed. It's hard to believe Dell makes such weak connectors. My XPS is less than 2 years old and the connector wore out to where I would get messages saying the adapter was not recognized. I finally realized how serious the problem was when I went into the BIOS setup Battery Diagnostic and as I wiggled the power plug in the connector I could see the Battery diagnostic flashing around with different messages. This new connector has it fixed. My daughter also has an XPS and I sure it is only a matter of time before her power jack fails too. I liked this part so much I just ordered a couple of more of these to be ready for next time.

Saved my $2k Dell XPS Laptop!
I have a 5yo Dell XPS 15 9560 that stopped charging one day, but was otherwise in excellent condition. It took a few days of troubleshooting but once I figured out I had broken the DC jack connector (pin insulator), I ordered this part which was delivered in a few short days. I was able to replace the part on my own in about 10-15 minutes; the part fit perfectly. It's been over a week now and the battery charges just fine. Phew!

Broke after 6 months of use.
BEWARE: This jack worked fine since purchased it in July of last year. After 6 months of use our dell rejected this component and no longer recognized the ac adapter. The pc would not charge and was left useless. Worked for the short term but I would suggest trying a different brand for a long term fix.
