Brilliant product ! This is my preferred Kinesiology tape. It is easy to apply, has the right amount of stretch & stays in place for 5 days. As a Sports & Remedial therapist I get through a lot of tape and need it to do it’s job for my clients and this does.

The tape was great. I used it for my plantar Fascitis which was extremely painful. My only gripe with this product was that it wasn’t as adhesive as I thought, by the end of the day it had peeled quite a bit and wasn’t sticky. Overall, good product and helped me a lot.

Purchased for my son who is running in 100km in May to raise money for Mind. This tape is helping support his hamstring and knee during and after his runs.

Find it lifts off too easily at the edges, even when rounded and rubbed to heat the glue.

Sticks well. Works well. Just an FYI Unless you want a waxing I would highly recommend that you shave the area first.

Good quality product

It was alright, however I had an allergic reaction to it. Was very sticky and if I wasn’t allergic, would probably of worked very well
