Easy transition

I got the iron (2) was a mistake but after i used it i decided i would keep the 2nd one also. I took it to Paris. It was fantastic. I still have a little trouble getting it to turn on (my fault i'm sure) but it makes a beautiful soft curl. I will take it to St. Maarten in February. I am giving the other one to my sister who also has curly hair but has a few unmanagable ones as i do. I let her try it and she liked it too. It was especially great because there were 6 of us sharing one bathroom so i needed to go elsewhere to do my hair. You know the plug outlets in Europe are not in the most practical place so not needing to plug in was an extra bonus. I just needed a mirror and we had one in the living area. My husband and I have a very little cabin in a canyon. We use propane for our water heater, fridge, and stove. I like to do my hair each day and these little thermacell cartridges fit on my little curling iron. They work so well. The curling iron is little which fits into our little cabin. When I don't use my curling iron, I use brush rollers! Can you believe that!! We are drawn to a simpler time and place. We call it living the "little life". We have no telephone, or cell reception. And you have to hike to get there. It is a roadless area. You never see a car while there. I'm so pleased to be able to take care of my hair with the help of these thermacell cartridges. The cartridges work fine for me. My Conair is ancient and for many years it was stored, as I didn’t know where to purchase cartridges. I was pleased to find them on Amazon. The curler is very useful if you travel, or are on the go a lot. Also handy in any circumstance where there is no electricity. Thanks for making this available again!

Are used it when I was in a hurry to curl my hair.

I've had a curling iron for years. Glad they still make the thermo cells for it. I can heat it up for a quick touch up or use if there is no electricity available.

Gor these as a back up for others I have. Have not needed to use them yet
