Perfect
I bought this for the kids to stick handle on while using their balance board in the family room (don't judge). It is the perfect thickness to use on carpet & it's the perfect size to slide under our couch when it's not being used. Also, the kids use this to stick handle on while watching TV, great for practicing with your head up.

True to descriptions
This pad is very slippery and is great for shooting practices. I was at first very skeptical about the supposed ice-likeness, but it is indeed slippery enough to have a regular puck glide on it for a bit of stickhandling. My only regret is that I should’ve bought a larger size. We haven’t used it for long, and I would be interested to see how long it lasts with two boys, and if we can retouch the surface to make it slippery again.

Great for a tight space.
It is a great surface to practice small puck handling drills. Ultimately I ended up buy a bigger surface because I would run out of room fast. But if you want something for a small space or easy to travel with, this is a great product. It feels just like ice with a normal puck.

Better Hockey Extreme Shooting Pad - Size 48 inches x 24 inches
My son loves this product! He used another hockey product from another company previously and he had some problems, but the Better Hockey product is thicker and stronger than some of the competitors. He feels that it gives pucks ( real and biscuits ) a more 'ice-like' feel when stick handling and shooting.

Great shooting pad!
This is a great shooting pad. Some people may think it's on the smaller end, but perfect for bringing it wherever you want! The size didn't impact the performance at all.

More friction than ice
The quality is very good, and the shipping was done right. However, the surface has a good deal more friction than ice. I've tried both a regular puck and a biscuit puck. I'm now looking for ways to make it slicker (like adding graphite or shuffleboard sand).

Good for the price
Really nice shooting mat. Has really held up to the 8 year old's off ice practice. Highly recommend. Good quality at an affordable price.

Solides Shooting Pad
Ich habe mir vor kurzer Zeit das Better Hockey Extreme Shooting Pad - 122x61 cm Eishockey Trainingsplatte bei Amazon bestellt und bin bisher sehr zufrieden. Es ist stabil und der Puck fluscht über die Fläche, als wenn es Eis wäre. Als begeisteter Eishockeyfan macht es einfach Spaß damit zu üben. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden, gerade als Neueinsteiger.
