I had ordered this a while back and forgot about it. Then while cleaning out my drawers, I saw it and started taking it about 3 months ago. I have seen a difference in my nails and hair. Works as described very satisfied. Be aware that you must go through the adaptation period. Under my personal experience the first month I had a lot of new hair grow. But after a 3 month period it slow to the point were I was beginning to lose hair. I continue the using them as instructed 1 per day and after 6 months my hair is healthy my nails a very thick. Remember everyone is different so hopefully this works for you. Use with the amway hair loss shampoo for better results.
