Bought these for our daughter to use while learning some new figure skating skills and she loves them. They fit nicely under her skating pants, but are cushy enough to still provide nice protection when falling on the ice. They were more expensive than getting a more traditional knee pad, but I think she is more likely to wear them because of the comfort. I can't comment on durability as we haven't even had them a week yet.

High school drill team dance practice on hard gym floor, these are perfect.

I ordered the Adult Small for my 11 year old daughter and either she has big legs or they ran a bit small. Good protection for her knees, just hoping they stretch out a bit.

I bought these to protect my knees during a floor routine and they’re great. Not too bulky but plenty of padding. I can move freely in them and they stay in place pretty well, but they’re not so tight that I feel my movement is restricted. Highly recommend!

I use these for dance practice and they are perfect! Much less bulky than regular knee pads but still protect the knees without bunching up like regular knee pads do.

I desperately needed these knee pads to a new move in my dance solo coming up. I ordered them rather late, but they arrived just in time to start rehearsals for my dance solo and I am incredibly pleased. They are VERY comfortable, they do not cut into my skin, the do not cut off my circulation, and they look like I'm not wearing any pads on my legs at all. The really do help with floor moves and jump splitz on a hard wood floor and even smooth concrete floors. A smart buy for any dancer indeed and a must have for any competitive dance soloist.

I wanted these for a dance in which I am on my knees a lot. Unfortunately, they really don't have enough cushion. I have sensitive knees and was looking for knee pads that I wouldn't feel the floor through. These are not them. They have a stiff gel as the cushion in a very weird configuration that doesn't cover the entire knee cap. If you are looking for knee pads to prevent injury to your knees when you use them, keep looking.
