Plastic Cutting Board 18x30 1/2" Thick White, NSF Approved Commercial Use

I've had this board for about 9 months and use it about once a week. It's nice and big so I can spread out and do a lot of meal prep on it. The *only* issue is that's it pretty heavy but that's to be expected because of the size. So I don't knock it down a star for that - it's just something to note. Luckily it slides between the microwave and the fridge when I'm not using it so that makes it easy to store. You could easily leave it out all the time, though. Cleans up really well but again it's bulky to stand it up in the sink because of the size. It does lay nice and flat on the counter so no danger of it slipping around. I think it's a good value, great cutting board and very good price.

I needed a large cutting board that would fit at the end of my table for making bread/ pastry (the dough is much easier to handle on these boards than my canvas or tabletop) and for making soups - so I could chop up everything on one board. I was wary after seeing reviews saying that this warped easily, but at the price, I was willing to take a chance. I have owned mine for over 6 months, no warping and I am very satisfied!It fits the end of my kitchen table nearly perfectly (see picture). I use it on top of my rolling kitchen cart (also seen in the picture) for extra counter space when doing a lot of cook work. I can roll out a whole pie pastry on this, and it is big enough for my cinnamon roll dough. It fits over my stove top and kitchen sink (both standard sized). It can be a bit difficult to store since it is so big, but I store mine upright on the counter beside the refrigerator - fits just right.On the label it shows that this board does come in different colors, and I wished that the brown was available on Amazon, as this would fit into the dark decor of my kitchen a lot better. Still, a great product and just what I needed at a very good price.Update 10/21/18: I've had this cutting board for well over a year and use it several times a week. There is no warping and barely even shows a cut mark. It can be a bit awkward to wash, but that's not a fault of the product; it is a consequence of the size. I still wash this over my kitchen sink holding it vertical the long way and use the sprayer to rinse. Takes a little practice and coordination, but it works just fine. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a very large, sturdy cutting board!

First of all this is huge ! I didn't realize how big a cutting board this is so I have to stand it up in our pantry. It doesn't fit in normal cupboard side drawers for cookie sheets etc. That said, I'm not complaining AT ALL ! This is fantastic !! We use it to cover our sink area when we're making large fowl or two turkeys. I especially love it for basting ribs. Thick and durable. It does not fit into a dishwasher, so we wash it down in our laundry large sink instead. I've had no problem with staining or warping what so ever. My daughter even uses this for school projects so she doesn't mess up our counter !

Came in a giant box, and in that giant box was a cutting board nicely sealed in a fitted plastic sleeve.Wow, it’s big and perfect for the kitchen. It always seems that all cutting boards are too small and I find myself chasing cutting boards around the counter top and hopelessly trying to keep everything on the board... not today! I got this because I have a small apartment kitchen and needed extra room for cutting. Now I can sit at the dining room table and cut everything on the board and have space with a pile of cut vegetables, scrap, and even whole pieces. I’m going to be buying another one for meat (I’m a bit OCD with cross contamination). The plastic cutting board isn’t too thick (1/2inch) but is still ridged. The texture on the board is almost honeycomb like, don’t have my glasses on so don’t quote me on that. There is a photo uploaded though.It’s so big, it’s new storage home is slid up against the fridge and the cabinets. I look forward to using this to dress large meats and also filleting fish in the future.Good luck and I hope you like it as much as I do!

Bought it to fir over the island sink when entertaining. Does the job.

good size

This thing is a beast, and works well for beast cuts like full briskets. Good to use for trimming, and for the final cutting. Thick board, washes easily w/ a little soap and hot water. Its BIG so it won't fit in a normal residential dish washer, but i knew that going in. I made a couple risers to store it in one of my cabinets, so I can put it high in the cabinet then place all the rest of my smoking/grilling toys below it on the normal shelf. That way I can get it in and out w/o having to move everything else.

So I must admit, I had cutting board envy. I kept seeing many different sizes everywhere I went. There were thin flexible cutting mats and large wooden boards made of exotic woods, but what I needed was more than exotic wood. What I needed was a resting place where I could work with my meat and not spread juices everywhere. Well this board was exactly what I was looking for. I have been able to prep briskets up to 20 lbs in size with no problems and plenty of room to spare. The only down side is cleaning this bad boy since it is so large, but it is totally worth it. As a bonus,it fits perfectly across my stove so the cutting board is held in place by my counter. You need this cutting board.
