Highly recommended for hair growth
Bought it to improve my hair growth and it really helps

Good but not as much as whole pieces.
It is good aroma is also ok but generally I use whole (I make powder) and the original effect is missing.So if you are a kaamchor go for readymade power else better to prepare at home
