Excellent knife!
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this knife first, then I received a Spyderco Byrd Meadowlark 2 (it's basically the same knife, they even feel the same). This one, however, is better and less expensive.Opens rather smoothly whereas the Byrd is stiff to open or close. It feels comfortable in the hand, you can open it easily with just one hand.It came sharp enough out of the package and with just a bit of work, it gets shaving sharp. It's a GRN or FRN handle which makes it extremely lightweight and resistant. The pocket clip has 4 total positions and as with the Byrd, it is not a deep pocket carry, about 1/4" of the knife sticks out of your pocket, I don't care with this one so it doesn't really matter. The main difference between this and the Meadowlark 2 is the blade steel, this one being 440C and the Meadowlark being 8CR13MOV. Basically very similar if not the same HRC and qualities. The other difference is the price, this one goes for about $17 and the Meadowlark goes for around $32. To me, this one is much, much better.

BANG for your BUCK!
The media could not be loaded. This is an essential EDC. Great knife. Sharp out of the box. Simple. Feels good. Belt clips keeps its form and stays clipped. Locks and holds.I’m not a believer in paying for big bucks for knives I abuse and loose. It’s a tool not a trophy.Thank you GANZO for these products. Keep doing what you’re doing.

Awesome tool.
Amazing tool for the price. The use it daily at work, it’s got paint on it, cut up countless ropes, boxes, zip ties and still keeps going strong. Have used it daily for 8 months and haven’t had to sharpen it once. Great product, great price. What more can you ask for?

Great work/beater knife
So I’m a big Spyderco fan and of course seeing this I just had to buy one to see how it compared to the delica. Obviously the blade steel is not as high end being only 440 C, but that is still a very respectable Blade steel that is easy to sharpen and works well especially for what most people use a knife for. It is a bit stiff coming out of the box and you definitely can’t. Spidey flick it very well, mostly due to the shape of their hole. But after a couple weeks of use and a little bit of pivot lube, it opens and closes very well now. It’s a small lightweight, shall we say Interpretation of a Spyderco knife. I ended up buying several of these just because of the great price and gave them to a couple friends of mine. Now I don’t carry this every day, but I do rotate it through every once in a while and so far it’s held up very well. This is definitely a knife that I would consider a beater because if I lose it for like $17 it’s easy to replace it and compared to a lot of the other super budget knives out there or dare I would even say several of the hardware store brand beater knives, I still think this is a better option. You get better steel, It’s lightweight and easy to carry. I am not a fan of the clip on this mostly just because it was so ridiculously tight when I bought it, that trying to get it in and out of your pocket was an exercise in and of itself however, it did loosen up some overtime. Bottom line if you need a good beater knife, a good work knife, and you don’t wanna break the bank and if you like the spiderco look then go ahead and buy it. The 440 C on this is still better than the 8 CR that spiderco uses and it’s budget Knives

Excellent value
I've had this knife since Oct last year. I also own some Delicas, so it's been inevitable to compare them. The handle is is approx 0.25" shorter than the current (4th gen) Delica, but is slightly longer than my original generation Delica. The choil (half handle & half blade) is handy, and something the Delica might benefit from incorporating. The handle feels thicker, but that's primarily due to the more squared edges. The Delica is smoother and has radiused edges. The Ganzo feels more secure in my fist. The back lock spring is a bit shorter and on the Ganzo than the current generation Delica. It's very similar to the original Delica, though. The blade came centered, tight and decently sharp. It came with a sharper edge than my latest Delica 4, comes to that. While 440C stainless steel is sometimes looked down upon in this age of "supersteels", it's earned a long record as a workhorse stainless. It's been described as a well balanced stainless for EDC knives.440c has been described by some as having better toughness, edge retention and corrosion resistance than the virtually ubiquitous 8Cr13MoV seen in Chinese made knives. 8Cr13 is supposedly closer to 440B, from what I've read. 440C has more carbon (toughness & edge retention), and more chromium (resistance to corrosion). The price point of this little folder makes it seem like 440C is decent added value. For the price point, this is a real bargain. I consider it a better bargain than a couple of my Byrd folders.

Great value, an even better knife.
I have a bunch of CRKT and couple spyderco knives, they're all awesome but this little guy holds up to them. I was really skeptical about it but after a little over a year of ownership I daily carry this one. If I lose it, its 20 bucks, if I lose a spyderco, its 90 bucks. Not only that but the edge holds for a long time and I beat the living snot out of it. Highly recommended by me!

Good little knife, but not as good as Delica
I basically bought this knife as a cheap, beater knife to get some practice sharpening folding knives. I got it good and sharp and liked it so much I put it with my Spyderco and Benchmade knives. It's not equal in quality though. It is a solid knife with a very decent blade steel. I've sharpened it a couple times, it sharpened well and the edge lasted like 440 should. I'd have a hard time sharpening away a knife that's as functional and as nice as this. Could last someone many years. I realize it's not a Delica copy, it's Ganzos own knife that looks similar but, it doesn't feel in hand like a Delica at all if that's what you want. If you want a Delica, get one. They're much better quality and better in every way, but this is a great quality knife for it's price. I took two stars on ergos because the edges of the scales and blade spine are sharp and uncomfortable. That can be remedied with an abrasive though. It's a buy IMO.
