Small dip switches, but once set the mic just works well!
The mic is expensive, but works with with the Crestron RL product that it is attached to. No problems and just as described. If I were to be critical, it would be that the dip switches in the mic to configure it are very small and tough to set correctly at times. That said, once they are set you just forget it and the mic just works.
