I love this teapot! Cheap as it is it works well. Just a note for anyone who is filling the bottom half of the pot. Never fill it past the top line of holes inside the pot. If you get too much water in it when filling Once the pot starts boiling, it may start spitting water out of the spout instead of just steam. I will also note that the bottom parts closing tab for the spout is slightly shorter than the one for the top pot, which is probably why overfilling it caused it to start Spitting water from the spout. The top pot has a tab which is a little longer. I would be cautious about overfilling that one, but the response won’t be quite as noticeable if you do.

absolutely horrible product. I got rust after 3 uses .. never had this issue before with any other tea pots I drink tea 3 to 4 times a day and this is just horrible product and good luck with customer service

This teapot is very large and has a great built-in strainer. It also has lids for both pots, and nice over-the top handles. I would say the build quality is adequate. Two concerns related to design: 1) the over-the-top handles expose your hands to steam burns: You must put the covers over the pot before pouring. I wondered why so few of these designs exist; this is why. 2) the stainless steel used is very thin, and there is no hot plate soldered to the bottom to retain heat. I use an induction range and it performed flawlessley; however, I would worry about using it on an electric or gas range. I would also worry about long-term durability.
