Great quality, functional and great value
I like these a lot. I bring it with me hiking and it slings across my shoulder. It is flexible (not hard) like a canteen. It never leeks and it is easy to drink from. It is quality is good, it is functional and it is a decent value.I also feel like Frodo or Sam when I stop to quench my thirst.

Exactly as advertised
I chose the one liter size. It came on time in a plastic bag mailer. It holds water without leaking and carries well. Well crafted with no cosmetic blemishes. Looks like I want it to look, works like I want it to work. Would buy again.

Great Product
After reading Hemingway’s novels, I need to buy one of this wine boots. Well constructed and durable. Now I know how they felt at the corrida de toros!

Good Bota
My Bota has not had any leaking problems and is the perfect size for my hunting pack. Water tasted like plastic but leaving baking soda and water in it for a few days helped.

Great buy
String kinda hurts shoulder when it’s full. make sure it’s screwed tight. Other than that I love it! Great buy

I love it.
I have been hiking with it several times and it holds up well. Having two liters of water is ideal for my purposes.

LEAKING!
LEAKING! Bought 2 of these, one is leaking. Filled with water and left overnight but leaks from the neck. Bought 2 of these because they use this same item for mule rides at the Grand Canyon. The parks service requires everyone riding mules to use this for drinking water (they give it to you when you sign-up), so I've tried them in the past for this reason. Drinking water from these tastes horribly like plastic! The parks service knows this and tells you to rinse your bag with lemon juice water the night before, but unfortunately it does not resolve the horrible plastic taste. Bought these to prepare for an upcoming trip to the Grand Canyon. I thought I would try to remove the plastic taste by multiple days of rinsing with water, but now see that one is leaking. Would not recommend this.

Taste like plastic
My son loves this, but he won’t drink out of it because he says it tastes like plastic. I washed it out really well for him and then he said it tasted like soap and plastic. I rinsed it again for 20 mins with scalding hot water. We let it dry hanging it upside down. Filled it a little, still plastic taste. Bummer.
