I also have been eating healthier and working out more. You still need to put in your own work to be healthy, but alkaline definitely helps the body function better. The pills are easy to take and well crafted. I also ad lemon or lime to my water for alkaline, but this is so convenient for the office and in the car:)

Picture shows a pH strip measuring strip with the bottle, it does not come with one. As far as how the product works, I am not sure. I have been taking 3 pills before every meal and have not noticed any change in my pH. There are a lot of factors that go into pH so I can't say the product is not doing anything for sure. That said, there are a lot of healthy ingredients in the product so I am sure it's doing something positive. I just don't know that I would spend the money on it again.

Actually made acid reflux WORSE!

Speaking for myself, product failed to produce any increase in alkaline. When I tested daily, I actually lost, or had lower levels, after using this product. Had better levels using sparking mineral waters (Italian & German) purchased at Trader Joe's.

It is so amazing to see that a supplement can work so well and quickly. Although I generally eat very healthy I know that my body will get acidic when I drink coffee, sugar and even eating an occasional dessert. I always take 3 of the veg caps and can feel the difference so quickly it’s amazing. Even my eyes are clearer.” Just read the ingredients label. Where are you going to find time to eat all of these wholesome ingredients? I never thought that including this supplement as part of my daily vitamins would make such a difference. I highly recommend this product as it is truly whole food. I have seen companies promoting chemical based, even baking soda and mineral based supplements that never worked for me. So thankful they make this product!
