Got this from the recommendation of a youtuber. At the 1st sign of illness I take it and feel better within the hour. You can also take daily for preventative measures. One thing I noticed is that with or without food it didn't make me nauseous like most vitamins. I highly recommend!

We take this only occasionally ... other products work well. But to build up immunity naturally, this is it.It is on the expensive side ... take it only in preparation for during cold and flu season.
