Amazing, but expensive. But the best priced after doing cost research. Bought 4. Gave as gifts. They loved them. Will buy again.

This is the 3rd type of flavor pearls (balsamic caviar) that we've tried. They are reasonable and a good price. But they are slightly less strong than the other 2 I've tried. I find I need to use more than normal to get the amount of flavor I want, on say a Caprese.

I was served this as part of an appetizer in a restaurant and was amazed. I researched them and found recipies on how to make them, but figured there must be an easier way...and there was. These are every bit as good as the ones that started me on my quest. I will save them for guests and special recipies because they are a little pricy, but worth every penny!!!

I first experienced these little pops of balsamic vinegar while eating at one of the nicer Italian restaurants in my area. They had such a vibrantly, sweet and tangy balsamic flavor that I went looking for some to add to my own dishes. I found these and decided to give them a try, as they seemed like the exact same thing if not the same maker.However, these were not nearly as flavorful as the ones I had at the restaurant. It feels like they used a cheaper balsamic vinegar or perhaps one that hasn’t been aged as long, or both. Since they were underwhelming as compared with my first experience, and given the price, I probably wouldn’t purchase these again.

Useless as it arrived broken and leaking in box. An expensive purchased that says it can be replaced, but when I try it denied me. I love this product , If it arrives broken again, I will order from another company.

Love the pearls of vinegar. I used them sprinkled on a tomatoe bruschette. I know how to make these with agar but to get them already made and very good is great. I also like them sprinkled oh fresh slices of avacado.

These are not only pretty sprinkled on a salad, but taste delicious with no sort of residue from the "ball" shape. Very unique! I will purchase these again.
