The media could not be loaded. If it weren’t for the headache caused by the delivery process I’d give this 5 stars because the product is amazing! Works and looks great, exactly what we wanted. The delivery process sucked - delivered through a 3rd party who was not given my contact info by Amazon so was unable to set up a delivery appointment until I called to complain that delivery was delayed twice. It was at that time I was told I would need to make an appointment, once my appointment was made, things were alright, had to carry/move it to where we wanted it on our own with it being heavy that was no easy feat but we got it done and couldn’t be happier with it now that we have it.

Everyone love this. I wasn’t sure if I should get the glass windscreen so I waited on getting it and I found that it is not necessary for my application. Plenty of heat and fire but not too much. I have the natural gas unit and have had it for a year and found that it it’s as easy to use as it was to set up.

Is fire pit is really well built and easy to use. Everything easy to unpack and set up with clear instructions. Packing was about the best I’ve ever seen. This product is shipped from the East Coast via LTL freight and is absolutely NOT two day shipping as shown. That said, the seller was super responsive to my shipping inquiries, and that made all the difference.

I LOVE this fire pit! It is great quality and gives off the perfect heat. It add so much charm to our backyard. It gives the perfect ambiance to our sitting area. Customer service was also great!!

Be aware that an internal safety shut-off is not integral to this precast firepit. They expect the gas connection to be a distance away from the firepit and that's why a gas hose is provided. In my case I placed the firepit over the natural gas line coming up from the patio. I had to drill a one inch hole through the side of my new firepit and install a key shut-off valve. This information should be included in their description.

Delivery was great, came packaged very securely no opportunity for damage. It is so pretty in real life, easy assembly. Quality purchase, totally worth the price.
