Very poor user instruction
The instruction on the packaging are barely readable due to extremely small fonts. The size of the fonts is what you would expect on the disclaimer on a small can of Tylenol pills. You can try to get the instructions on Mapei’s website but the website is poorly designed, counterintuitive with very mediocre user experiance. No wonder so many youtubers claim to have terrible exeriances with this product.

Failed and came up in chunks within weeks
Professional installation, and the grout began cracking and coming up in chunks within weeks. Tried to call in a warranty claim and they took four weeks for testing leftover product. I was told the product was fine, and deflection is to blame (with level, un-cracked tiles, and offset cement backer boards). This conclusion was reached after trying to blame overwatering initially. Only offer was another bag of grout without compensation for the cost to even remove the faulty product. Warranty is useless with this level of self-investigation, cannot recommend buying another product enough.
