Q: Where do the ends of the backpack straps go when rolling it?

Since I always pull mine, I went to the garage to check and...found one of the straps wound around a wheel so I’m going to cut mine back an inch or so. Otherwise best dog carrier ever and I’ve bought 3 different styles!

Q: Will the large fit under a United airlines seat without being disassembled?

For as long as I can remember, I have never had an issue and I have used it in many different types of aircrafts . Its not really about the Airline itself but the type of aircraft. You should be fine. If you are looking for a specific airline, go to the website and they will let you know what the dimensions of the carrier, then buy the carrier at those dimensions or within them. The more maleable the carrier the better you are off.
