An excellent tablet
This tablet was purchased based upon reports of reliability. It does not have the highest technical specifications, but its performance is excellent for my needs, including e-mail, e-books, web-surfing, viewing videos and storing pictures. (I do not play computer games.) After 2 weeks, I have had no problems.....It is an attractive device, which is light and easy to hold. The touch screen is responsive, with clear print and high quality images. The cameras are adequate. The sound is a little tinny, but this would not be unexpected from so small a device, and can be remedied by using headphones. Battery life and charging speed are acceptable. This is an excellent tablet, and good value

Great Tablet all around
This tablet has so many features for the price, absolutely great response and power management. Still getting used to it but was loaded with apps so ready to use right away. Reloaded some apps I purchased for another tablet and they work just fine. The cameras were a real surprise. I tested the picture and video making ability and was surprised how clear they turned out without looking so fuzzy as many of the lesser priced tablets are weak in this feature. Internet and video response is fast and able to use the Youtube app with no problems. Some sites require a different flash plugin but it's fine with my use and with the updating capabilities of this tablet and further experience with it I see no problems in recommending this one. Especially at the price. I paid for this and extra screen covers and custom cover on Amazon, less than $160.00 so was a great deal. Highly recommended.

Great Tablet..Or Maybe NOT!.... DEC. 2014 UPDATE...
.My laptop died and I had some Amazon vouchers so decided upon a tablet to tide me over until I save for a computer. My wife recently bought a 27 inch Lenovo all-in-one and we were both impressedwith the quality. This was quite a deciding factor when I got down to my final selection of 3 or 4 tablets. Reviews were also pretty good for this so decision made.Start up is fast due to the quad core processor. Internal memory of 16gb is very good. There are some pre-loaded software packages but all are open to be uninstalled if you wish. One of my pet hates is memory clogging pre-loaded software, so no problem with this tablet then. That said, most of the pre-load is useful so I have kept qute a lot of it.I have combined the tablet with a case/bluetooth keyboard and this really helps utilise the tablet as a sort of mini laptop. I also bought(via Amazon) an adaptor which allows me to used my camera's SD card, a micro SD and a USB device/stick, thus extending further the capability and memory of the tablet. I am an amateur photographer and find this useful while out shooting as I can back up to the tablet, then to the USB memory stick. Very versatile,http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DKMUBXQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Easy to use. Excellent quality display, which is great for Netflix (via app)nd, best of all, UPGRADEABLE! Comes with Android 4.1 but, admittedly after some lengthy initial upgrade sessions, now running 4.4.2.Great price. Super light and thin so easy to handle. Camera is fairly clear once you have downloaded some better software than what it comes with. I could quite honestly manage for quite a while before needing a new computer.UPDATE DECEMBER 2014,I always read product reviews, from 1 to 5 stars. This had very few 1* ratings, which led to my purchase. However I now find myself adding another 1* as after only 6 months of use my tablet has totally died. Switched it on in the morning, did all my usual e-mail and banking checks, played a couple of games then powered it down until later in the day. 8 hours later, went to turn it on and.....NOTHING! Completely dead. Plugged in the charger and still nothing. I am getting really sick of this cheap Chinese produced crap that is flooding the markets. Honestly! Who can you purchase from these days that doesn't rely on this pathetic and twisted country to produce electrical goods? Totally disgusted and definitely not going to bother buying electrical goods online any more unless the country of origin for parts can be verified. China can keep all it's crappy products and slave labour. SICKENED at the total waste of money. DO NOT BUY THIS TABLET!

For a good price, it's pretty much all you'll need.
Make sure you look at the CORRECT specs for this device before you buy it.[...]It does not have a MicroSD card, but keep a shared drive on your computer and you can store the stuff you plan to use later there, you can just grab the files over the wifi, it comes with ES explorer preloaded so it's easy to do. there really isn't much need for more than 16gb at one time unless you plan on gaming with it.in which case, don't. This tablet is not for mobile gaming, while it does okay, the processor is far behind it's peers at similar price points. (also if you do mobile gaming go for the higher on board memory.)Music, Movies, Web Browsing, PDA functions and less graphically intense games, this is all you'll need. but there's no reason to pay more than $130.00 for it, with the constant flux of price for tablets on the web it's worth mentioning.I like it, the battery life is fantastic and it's a pretty good device.
