Tasty, versatile, and packs a punch!
Best hot sauce out there. I’ve been buying this hot sauce for the last 4 years and I average a bottle a month. This sauce single handedly turned my can’t-handle-spicy husband into someone who can tolerate a decent amount of heat!! The flavor is DELICIOUS and not vinegary like so many others. It’s got a good amount of heat too, a little goes a long way. I put this on basically everything (except Asian foods which call for sriracha or an Asian hot sauce). Note: must be refrigerated after opening!

Use Moderately
I bought this stuff August 24 and almost gave it away because I treated it like Pace Salsa, start with just a dab then move up to your liking from there and it adds just the right amount of spice and flavor. Delicious and will buy again.

Tastes good with a good kick. Good heat/flavor balance. Not a "top 5" sauce for me, but will probably buy again.

One of the most flavorful hot sauces I've ever had. Very very spicy but soooo tasty. It's made with tomatoes so it's great with any meal.

Good flavor and heat for a beginning chili head
It's not so hot that the heat distracts from the flavor. That's the main thing I was looking for in a sauce, and this fit the bill. Their whole philosophy is to not post or worry about the Scoville and just focus on flavor - but the Scoville is ~5,000shu. This is 1x-2x as hot as Tabasco by label, but I find it to feel at least 4x as spicy in my experience. I'm not crazy about the carrot-forward flavor, but it still tastes pretty good and I guess that makes it unique. I like with pizza - hard to find a good pizza hot suace that complements and doesn't try to be 'fun' like most that have mushrooms/truffles/high-Scoville peppers. It's just a good tasting suace, with a pleasant burn. And isn't that what it's all about?
